Christmas Morning

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
2010
Landon was not too happy that mommy put him in his stocking but it made for a cute photo.
SANTA came and spoiled us all.
The stocking were filled. Notice that they were over flowing and not all their stuff would fit in their stockings.
Brenden enjoying his stocking!
Riley enjoying her stocking!
Riley and Brenden playing with their gift Santa set up for them.
Riley received a Barbie house and new Barbie.
Brenden playing with his Thomas the Train set.
Riley with one of her favorite gifts of the morning,
Jessie from Toy Story 3.
Brenden with one of his favorite toys of the morning,
Woody from Toy Story 3.
Landon with his favorite toy of the morning,
A musical seahorse.
The kids were so overwhelmed with all the changes in their lives this year that Santa spoiled them once again. They are enjoying their new toys. Riley and Brenden have been sharing their new toys and putting on Rock-Star shows. We are all enjoying our time together. Adding Baby Landon to our family has been extra special. Thank you to all our friends and family for your loving support. May the New Year bring us a new beginning as a family of 5.

Helping Hands!

Big Brother, Brenden helping mommy out a little by feeding Baby Landon.
Bubba loves to hold "Champ" and carry him from one adult to the other. He is a wonderful BIG brother.

BIG sister, Riley with her two little brothers.
They are a sweet bunch of children when they are all together.

Riley and Baby Landon having a sweet moment together.
Riley is a little mommy to Landon. She wants to do everything but change diapers but I don't blame her for that one. She is so grown up.

Taking time out from playing with friends to help feed Landon.
I think Riley believes that Landon is her life size baby doll. She loves to carry him from the bedroom to the living room. She has learned his cries already and knows what he needs. It's great to have the extra little helper but I want her to be a kid too.

We are all enjoying being a BIG family of 5. Not much has changed other then the time it takes to walk out the door when we are going out. Guess it will just take time to get back into the routine of packing up a baby again and giving us that extra time.

Happy Birthday, Landon

Landon Lee Ringman
13 Dec 2010
7 lbs 14 oz
19 inches
We are enjoying our time with baby Landon. Riley and Brenden are very helpful. They love to hold him. Riley is all about being a little mommy and making sure that she is there for not only baby Landon but for mommy and Brenden too. I can't believe how grown she is and what a HUGE help she as already been. Brenden loves having baby Landon home. He holds him, feeds him, and plays with Landon's toys. I guess he figures needs to make sure they are safe for his little brother.

38 weeks!!!!

Ok so Baby Ringman is growing so fast that I am HUGE and ready to have this baby. The doctor believes that he will be over 8 lbs. Wow that is big for me when my other two babies were 6.14/21 in and 7.14/21 in. I believe Baby Ringman will be very long at least 22 inches long. He loves climbing in my ribs still even after he has dropped. We will all know in just 5 short days. Pictures will follow soon.

WOW!!!!!

WOW!!!! We are 7 days away from meeting Baby Ringman and having my dad here for a visit. I am so excited for all these events to take place. Christmas is going to extra special this year. After moving out here to Washington, I was very upset and not happy with being so far away from my family. Now that we have been here for 7 months and have made some of the most WONDERFUL friends I am starting to enjoy my time here in Washington. I still miss my family and friends back home but it's easier to handle when you have friends that are like family. We are still adjusting to not having my mom here for the holidays and these special moments (like the birth of Baby Poling/Baby Ringman) but we are all here for each other. Talking and sharing and doing what we all can to keep mom's spirit alive in not just us kids but the grandkids too. Well check back for an update on Baby Ringman. Pictures and information will be posted as soon as I can get home. Happy Holidays!!!!

Holiday Picture Preview!

Today was Riley's picture day at school and this is the outfit she wanted to wear. Once Brenden seen sissy in her dress he wanted to be all dressed up too. So I took a couple of pictures since they were so willing this morning.
Riley (5) and Brenden (3)

Take #2 not so good. Brenden was not happy with the way Riley wanted to pose.
Looking forward to taking more pictures like these with baby Ringman.

Michigan Fans

Bubba in his Michigan shirt that we can't get him to take off.
He loves it.
Riley took our picture because she did not have her Michigan outfit yet.
In fact she just received her Michigan cheerleading outfit the other day but it's a little too BIG for her. I guess I am going to have to look around for a Michigan shirt/sweatshirt or something for her to wear.

Growing Belly

Ok this is not the best but here is a picture of me at 35 weeks with Brenden. I was all baby all in front. The second picture is Baby Ringman at 26 weeks. Not sure if this is a good comparison picture. I am still looking for a couple more pictures to see the difference in belly size. Hope you enjoy!!!!

Photo Journel

26 weeks and counting!!!
Baby "Landon" is growing fast.
My baby belly is growing to the point where tying shoes is difficult along with sitting on the floor to play games with the kids and picking up anything that is dropped. I don't remember these things being so difficult with my other two pregnancy until my last few weeks. My maternity are also shrinking (or I'm growing out of them). Many of my shirts are not long enough to cover baby "Landon".

OB appointment today so maybe things have changed and this little/big guy will be here sooner then later. I don't see us making til December at his rate.

Many Changes!!

Well last week Riley started Kindergarten, leaving me and Brenden home together. Riley rides the bus to and from school and loves it. I believe it's her favorite part of going to Kindergarten at this point. She attends school all day every day. Which is new to Washington. Not all the schools in the area have all day every day kindergarten. Riley has made many new friends here at the apartment complex and at school. She has a new story every day. She looks forward to learning something new each and every day. When she has papers to bring home to tells us all about them and what she needed to do to complete the worksheet. She even read us a story yesterday. I love that she is all about school and is enjoying herself. (We do not have pictures to post but Riley was not in the mood for them and I was not going to upset her on her first day).

Brenden and I are able to do some much needed bonding time while Riley is in school. It's great because we do what he wants to do. He is a very busy little boy and loves to be on the go most of the day. We play lots of different sports. His favorite is baseball. He is a natural at it just like his daddy.

It's very different to have just one child at home during the day. Which I know will be changing come December but for now we are enjoying our time together. I am able to spoil my little boy just as I did with Riley until Brenden was born. I love the memories we are building with this time together.
