Baby 3 plus a BIG move!!!

Here at the Ringman house we have been going a little crazy. We are moving to Ft. Lewis Washington in about two weeks and we have just learned that Baby 3 is on the way too. It's going to be a busy weeks ahead of us as we plan for two BIG changes. We are still waiting for our house to sell which is a the BIGGEST stress right now. We will see once we are out of here if it helps to sell better as an empty house. We are looking forward to a change but it's going to be different being so FAR away from family and friends. I promise I will try keep everyone posted through the blog and facebook. Lots of pictures will be coming soon. Hope everyone has a wonderful week.

Christmas in Michigan

The famous Poling's Christmas Tree.
Dad made sure that Mom's gold boots were front and center of the tree. This year I found those boots to be more beautiful then in the years past.
Santa leaving all these presents for three little people.
Can we say "SPOILED!"
All the stocking were stuffed and ready to be opened.
SANTA also came by and shared an extra gift with all the kids.
The 3 youngest kids were afraid of SANTA. Brenden sat on August's lap but would not get any closer. Riley hid on Dad's lap and AJ hang on to Amy's arm until his fingers were white.
Brenden and AJ
Riley and AJ
Riley and her new baby doll, Megan. She stands up and walks all by herself. Megan also talks and likes to play with her new mommy.
Brenden on his Spiderman Bike. He loves it.
Papa and Brenden.
Brenden enjoying the Michigan snow.
Uncle Paco showed him how to jump on the sled in order to sled across the yard.
Riley built her first snowman.
She could not wait to go out and play in the snow. Uncle Paco helped her with the snowman and taught both kids how to throw snowballs at all of us girls who walked outside. We all had a blast in Michigan.

Up date!!

It's been a long rough fall for us. It was in August when we learned that my mom had lung cancer and that she would be having lots of surgeries to help her breathing. I made many trips to Michigan during that time. I lost my blogging habit when mom was so sick and did not use the computer much. I find that I updated my blog for her (and my husband when he is gone). But since she no longer needs to look at a computer blog to watch over me and my family and my husband is home there is not really need to post things regularly. If you still read my blog please leave a comment and I will make time to update everyone.

Silly!

Brenden tried to ride in Molly's stroller the other day like did when he was littler. I guess he realized that he was too big because it did not last long.

***4th of July***

Better late then never.
We had a wonderful 4th of July holiday. Nana and Papa came down for a visit and to see the Ft. Campbell fireworks. The weather for the weekend was not the best. The fireworks were cancelled on Saturday due to the rain and storms that decided to pass through. So we traveled back on Sunday. It was not looking good but held off long enough to enjoy the show. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard before the show started.
Riley posing with her glow necklace.
Both kids where throughing their necklaces like ring toss. It was fun to watch them.
Must have been a good through.
Papa and Riley. Papa has her necklace on top of his hat.
The show started and the kids enjoyed them. We were far enough away that it was not too loud for their ears.
This was the best picture of the fireworks. Guess I need a new camera to take better photos.
**************
Once we returned home we wanted to do the sparklers that we had from the night before. Riley was not into them at all. In fact they scared her and she went back inside the house. Brenden loved them and wanted to do them by himself. He was not sure what to do but once Daddy had one too he copied daddy and loved it.

****UPDATE****

Sorry that it's been so long since you have had something new to read or even look at. Things have been crazy. There are BIG changes happening at our house right now. Starting with me (mommy) going back to work full time and the kids heading back to day care. Brenden starts next week and we are still waiting for a spot to open up for Riley.

Ben has been approved to change his MOS (army job). After block leave the office will be open and we will learn more about his choices and what will happen in the up coming months. He is hoping to because a medicial supply person and work in the hospital. We will see if he gets his wish. No matter what his new MOS (job) is he will have to attend school to learn that position. We will hopefully learn about staying and moving before he attends school.

Lots of changes have/are coming quickly. The saying goes, "When it Rains, it Poors!" This fits us at this point. We are taking life one day at a time.

Pictures of our visit with Nana and Papa and 4th of July will be coming soon.

Little Miss Liberty

At the last family fun fair on post we received a couple of crafts to bring home. Riley made her craft and then wanted to wear it. She would not allow me to take her picture so I took them without her knowing it.
She looked so cute. She was walking all sassy and smiling really big.
Love dramatic play and the imaginations of little people.
We still have not created Brenden's craft yet.
His is an Uncle Sam hat. Pictures will follow when it has been completed.

BIG BOY!!!

My baby is growing up way too fast.
Brenden is making the transition from diapers to underwear. He likes the idea of wearing big boy undies. He was not too sure about having his picture taken with them on but here are a couple of pictures.

Lighting McQueen on the butt.

Play-Doh fun!!!

Riley loves to play Play-Doh while Brenden takes his afternoon nap. We made loves of spaghetti at first then she decided to write her name. Once again she did not like having her picture taken.

Riley's smile face.
Hair, arms, legs, shoes, etc. She loves to add details to her pictures.

Riley's spider with a tail. I helped with the body and head but she used the spaghetti for the legs and she added eyes too.

Last creation is a butterfly. She loves butterflies.
I love watching her play with play-doh. There are no limits. Both kids use their imaginations to their fullest when the play-doh is out.

Take me out to the ball game.....

For the past month or so we have been watching the guys play softball three days out of the week. On this day the kids wanted to wear hats just like daddy. Here is Brenden with his hat on backwards because that is the way daddy wears his hat.

Riley wearing a blue visor just like mommy.
She would not wear a hat because she needed a blue one like daddy and bubba.
Thank goodness I had another blue hat/visor for the crew.

Brenden waiting for the game to start.
I tried to get pictures of the guys playing but as the score keeper and babysitter it was a little difficult to remember to take the pictures. We had lots of fun watching and playing in the dirt each night but we are glad that we are done and can enjoy dinner at dinner time and go to bed at bed time.
